The code of the extension 'nicematrix' has been optimized.
In particular the extension no longer explicitly uses TikZ
but only PGF.
THE EXTENSION NO LONGER LOADS TIKZ BUT ONLY PGF.
The behaviour of the command
otate is improved when used
in the 'last row'.
The option 'dotted-lines-margin' has been renamed to 'xdots/shorten'
and two options 'xdots/color' and 'xdots/line-style' have been added
for a complete customization of the dotted lines.
In the environments without preamble ({NiceMatrix}, {pNiceMatrix},
etc.) it's possible to use the options 'l' or 'r' to specify the
types of the columns.
