François Pantigny submitted an update to the
nicematrix
package.
Version number: 2.2 2019-06-23
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Several features to improve the typesetting of
mathematical matrices with TikZ
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Possibility to draw horizontal dotted lines to separate rows with the
command hdottedline (similar to the classical command hline and the
command hdashline of arydshln).
Possibility to draw vertical dotted lines to separate columns with the
specifier : in the preamble (similar to the classical specifier | and
the specifier : of arydshln).
It's possible to replace : by another letter with the option
letter-for-dotted-lines.
This version is not strictly compatible with the previous ones since this
new version will, be default, replace some vertical lines drawn by
arydshln with lines drawn by nicematrix.
However, an instruction NiceMatrixOptions{letter-for-dotted-lines=V} will
restore the previous behaviour.

The pseudo package permits writing pseudocode without much fuss and
with quite a bit of configurability. Its main environment combines
aspects of enumeration, tabbing and tabular for nonintrusive line
numbering, indentation and highlighting, and there is functionality for
typesetting common syntactic elements such as keywords, identifiers and
comments.

amscdx
package.
Version: 2.1x 2019-06-04
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Enhanced commutative diagrams
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The original amscd package provides a CD environment that emulates
the commutative diagram capabilities of AMS-TeX version 2.x.
This means that only simple rectangular diagrams are supported,
with no diagonal arrows or more exotic features.
This enhancement package implements double (“fat”), dashed, and
bidirectional arrows (left-right and up-down), and color attributes
for arrows and their annotations. The restriction to rectangular
geometry remains. This nevertheless allows the drawing of a
much broader class of “commutative-diagram-like” diagrams.
