You can choose whether the numbers are written in Western numerals or kanji numerals. Coloremoji can be directly entered (as unicode) in the .tex document and will be replaced with color images using the Apple Color Emoji typeface in the output .pdf document. After numerous requests to add to CTAN (https://github.com/alecjacobson/coloremoji.sty/issues/5), I've now added it here.
