Michal Hoftich submitted an update to the
make4ht
package.
Version number: 0.2c
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: A build system for tex4ht
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This release contains lot of changes:
- added support for non-ASCII characters and spaces in filenames of the
compiled files
- many ODT format fixes:
- the ODT file packing is done by make4ht itself, instead of t4ht
command
- it enables execution of filters on the generated XML files
- filter which fixes issues with Unicode is executed by default
- fixed many ODT validity issues
These fixes obsoletes the old way of conversion from TeX to ODT using
`mk4ht oolatex` - the old method may in many cases produce an invalid
ODT file. The preferred way is `make4ht -f odt` from now.
- new extension: dvisvgm_hashes
- this extension uses Dvisvgm to generate pictures in the SVG format
- it generates only pictures that have been changed between
compilations
- it can utilize multiple CPU cores for the compilation
