compiled under MiKTeX and use biber.)

Jean-François Burnol submitted an update to the
polexpr
package.
Version: 0.3.1 2018-01-18
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: A parser for polynomial expressions
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There are two main changes:
- polynomials are also made known as functions to the xintfloatexpr
parser. This is indispensible for numerical algorithms (such as
finding roots by Newton's method or Regula Falsi) as exact
computations quickly give very big fractions.
- there was a breaking change for PolToExpr. It now outputs in
descending powers; use PolToExpr* for ascending powers.
See README.md for more.
The documentation (in polexpr.html) was extended and fully revised.

This new version of hackthefootline switches to key-value-syntax.
A htfconfig command is provided to change one or multiple aspects of
the configuration. Changes apply instantly now.
The documentation has been adapted to the current release, (hopefully)
written more clearly and contains more examples now.
The old commands still work, but they are ...
* using key-value-syntax internally,
* applying instantly and
* declared as obsolete;
i.e. they are not documented and may be removed soon
