Version number: 1.08j 2017-09-21 License type: lppl1.3 Summary description: Completely customisable TOCs Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For some reason etoclink, contrarily to etocname etc... did not contain the link destination in already expanded form, hence was unusable if the line style closed a group (typically from a & in a tabular), even if issuing etocglobaldefs, contrarily to the fragile macro etocthelink. Now etoclink is but the robust variant of the latter.
