package.
Version: 2.5a 2016-02-01
License: lppl1.3
Summary description: Advanced font selection in XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Apologies, the recent release of fontspec had a major bug which
broke unicode-math. My test suite is clearly deficient!
A couple of other fixes/changes were made in the mean time.
Changes below:
- v2.5a (2016/02/01) bugs fixed
* Rather embarrassing bug fix! (`unicode-math` was broken.)
* Remember to add the `fontspec.cfg` file to the distribution.
* Remove `+trep` from `Ligatures=TeX` (no longer necessary).
* Add some basic tests using `l3build`; more to come.
* Simplify some internal Lua code and package loading code.

The LaTeX Team submitted an update to the
latex-base, doc, tools, and [latex-]graphics
bundles.

in this release.

[where the last one is not yet in place at the time of
the posting of this message, see note below]

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note by the CTAN team regarding names of Catalogue entries:
In an attempt to resolve the ambiguity of graphics package
(i.e. graphics.sty, described by http://www.ctan.org/pkg/graphics)
and graphics bundle (containing graphics.sty as well as six
other packages) we have undertaken to create the new Catalogue
page http://www.ctan.org/pkg/latex-graphics for the description
of the _bundle_. This should hopefully make it to the website
in a very near future.
We are also considering renaming doc to latex-doc and
tools to latex-tools, but are still checking for possible
side-effects.
Please note that nothing of this will affect the actual URLs
on the archive in any way, i.e. the http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/...
URLs will all remain unchanged.

The LuaTeX-ja project submitted an update to the
luatexja
package.
Version number: 20160131.0
License type: bsd
Summary description: Typeset Japanese with Lua(La)TeX
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
* luatexja-preset.sty: support Scale=<fp> and match options
when nfssonly option is specified.
* Japanese font family inside verb and verbatim environment
can be customized by jttdefault.
If luatexja-{preset,fontspec} with match option or ltjsclasses
are used, tfamily changes current Japanese font fmaily to
this jttdefault.
* Fixed several bugs.
Note that IVS support (to enable it, load luatexja-otf.sty and
execute directlua{luatexja.otf.enable_ivs()}) breaks vertical
writing mode with current LuaTeX.
(This IVS support works fine with LuaJITTeX, strangely.)
