CTAN Update: stackengine

Steve B. Segletes submitted an update to the stackengine package. Version number: 2.0 License type: lppl Summary description: Highly customized stacking of objects, insets, baseline changes, etc. Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- While several improvements have been added to stackengine V2.0, the most important of them requires a small syntax change that will affect prior code, when specifying the default stackgaps. This change was required to correct the deficiency that scalable stackgaps did not scale when the fontsize was changed. V2.0 provides an [oldsyntax] package option to maintain backward compatibility, if desired.
