Summary description: PostScript versions of the ESSTIX fonts, with virtual fonts a LaTeX support files for use as math alphabets.
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
These are the original ESSTIX fonts in PostScript format. They seem to have been
a precursor to the STIX project and were donated by Elsevier to that project.
The accompanying virtual fonts with customized metrics and LaTeX support files
allow their use as calligraphic, fraktur and double-struck (blackboard bold) in
math mode.
The support files are all LPPL but the fonts themselves are copyrighted by
Elsevier, though donated to the STIX project. It is unclear to me if this means
they should now be considered as covered by the same SIL Font license under
which the STIX fonts were released.

On Thu, 5 May 2011 Philipp Stephani submitted the
lualatex-math
package.
Summary description: Fixes for a few mathematics-related LuaLaTeX issues
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This package patches a few commands of the LaTeX 2ε kernel and the amsmath and
mathtools packages to be more compatible with the LuaTeX engine. It is only
meaningful for LuaLaTeX documents containing mathematical formulas, and does not
exhibit any new functionality. The fixes are mostly moved from the unicode-math
package to this package since they are not directly related to Unicode
mathematics typesetting.

Announcement text:

This package contains a number of PostScript fonts derived from the STIX
OpenType fonts, that may be used in math mode in regular and bold weights for
calligraphic, fraktur and double-struck alphabets. Virtual fonts with metrics
suitable for math mode are provided, as are LaTeX support files.
The support files as released under the LaTeX Project Public License, but the
PostScript fonts, being derived from the STIX fonts, are subject to the SIL Font
license.

i've released v3.22 of the uk tex faq to ctan, and also to the baroque
latex->html script at http://www.tex.ac.uk/faq
the release adds 3 new answers (one of which is a reconfiguration of
stuff from an existing answer) and 23 revised answers -- see
CHANGES-3.22 in the distribution.
there is also a ChangeLog file, though its content is aimed at
