CTAN update: visualtex

On Thu, 13 Jul 2006, Alex Romanenko submitted an update to the visualtex package. Visual-TeX is a TeX-oriented text editor which uses Neil Hodgson's Scintilla editing component as source code editor, and a TeX lexer by the package author. The editor has several valuable TeX-specific features, including forward search capability from YAP. On Tue, 11 Jul 2006 Martin Wiebusch submitted an update to the talk package. The talk document class allows you to create slides for screen presentations or printing on transparencies. It also allows you to print personal notes for your talk. You can create overlays and display structure information (current section / subsection, table of contents) on your slides. The main feature that distinguishes talk from other presentation classes like beamer or prosper is that it allows the user to define an arbitrary number of slide styles and switch between these styles from slide to slide. On Sun, 9 Jul 2006, Uwe Lück submitted an update to the ednotes package. Ednotes is a macro package for typesetting scholarly critical editions. Provides macros for critical edition typesetting with LaTeX, including support for line numbers and layers of footnotes. Customizing (different) footnote rules -- as invented by Christian Tapp and Alex Rozhenko, implemented in manyfoot v1.5 -- is now supported by ednotes at last. To learn more on this new feature, please search ednotes.sty for `Customizing *footnote rules*'. One application for this is demonstrated in file varnrule.tex . 2. Overlapping lemmas work as I had desired for a long time -- especially in moving arguments (e.g. section titles). Moreover, my recent work on this had introduced another bug -- that is fixed only now. As an example, it provides an extension that detects many of the ``sins'' described in l2tabu.
