CTAN update: mhchem bundle v3.01

On Wed, 25 Jan 2006 Martin Hensel submitted version 3.01 of the mhchem bundle. Currently, the mhchem bundle consists of two packages: mhchem and rsphrase. The mhchem package provides two commands: one for typesetting chemical molecular formulae and one for typesetting chemical equations with these formulae. The rsphrase package contains the text of all official Risk and Safety (R and S) Phrases that are used to label chemicals. At the time being, these phrases are available in Danish, English, French, German (current spelling), and Spanish. Provides macros for critical edition typesetting with LaTeX, including support for line numbers and layers of footnotes. The ellipsis mechanism for long lemmas works with nested lemmas (or with different kinds of remarks to the same lemma). 2. Hyphenation of lemma word is enabled. 3. The lemma may be part of a heading sent to the table of contents.
