Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/caption/ Summary description: Customising captions in floating environments License type: lppl Abstract: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The caption package provides many ways to customise the captions in floating environments like figure and table and cooperates with many other packages. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This is mainly a bugfix release of the caption package 3.0, so for example using it together with the french(le) package or endnotes package should not result in errors anymore. Furthermore the code documentation is finally complete now. Additionally the compatibility to the caption2 package was increased, so migrating simply means replacing caption2 by caption in most cases.
