ctan submission -- fixed font metrics for the Bera fonts

Please, move them to the CTAN directory fonts/bera thus replacing the existing files. These are corrected font metrics for the Bera font family. In detail, I have fixed a few bugs in the kerning tables of the BeraSans fonts, which resulted from a faulty installation script. A fixed font sample is provided. too. ------------------------------------------------- Thanks for the upload.
