bug fix version of footmisc on ctan

i have replaced macros/latex/contrib/supported/footmisc.dtx, to bring the release up to version 5.2 this version fixes two bugs: - that multiple option did not work with perpage option enabled. - an interaction with the color package that caused errors if the para option was enabled. CTAN upload: the covington font material renamed covfonts

The covington font package has been renamed covfonts, to avoid a name clash with an existing package. Sorry about any confusion; thank you to the folks who pointed out my oversight and also to the package author, Scott Pakin, for making the changes.
