The mathdots packages provides the command iddots for
diagonal dots slanting the opposite of ddots. It also
modifies the LaTeX/plainTeX ddots and vdots so that they
change size with LaTeX's size changing commands (such as
large), and also change size appropriately in sub- and
superscripts.
