Summary description: A sans serif font for text and maths
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lisnoti is a proportional sans serif font for everyday use, with clear, unambiguous letters and coverage of Latin, Greek, Cyrillic and Devanagari character sets. It is particularly strong for maths, science and actuarial work, including typesetting equations, and comes in regular, italic, bold and bold italic.
The font includes OpenType MATH tables, which means unicode-math can use Lisnoti for equations as well as text. Lisnoti needs LuaLaTeX or XeLaTeX.
See lisnoti.pdf for a specimen and more detail

package.

License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Tools for drawing Euclidean geometry
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
tkz-euclide 5.14c — 2026/10/16
This is a maintenance release: bug fixes and a revised
documentation. The syntax is unchanged and no new macros
have been added; existing documents compile as before.
Main fixes
- Several options leaked out of the macro call and affected
the following ones: \tkzDefCircle[orthogonal from/through],
\tkzShowLine, \tkzDefSimilitudeCenter, \tkzCalcLength
(cm=false), \tkzGrid, \tkzClip, \tkzDefEquiPoints and
\tkzLegend. They are now local.
- \tkzIsLinear always answered true; \tkzIsLinear and
\tkzIsOrtho now use a tolerance relative to the lengths.
- \tkzDefCircleBy[inversion]: a circle passing close to the
centre of inversion was wrongly turned into a line.
- \tkzDefTriangleCenter[feuerbach] and
\tkzDefSpcTriangle[feuerbach] give the exact points.
- \tkzDrawPolySeg, \tkzCompass (decimal delta),
\tkzProtractor[return], \tkzLabelRegPolygon (sep),
\tkzDrawX (step) and \tkzPowerCircle are fixed.
- \tkzDrawCircle with three points (v3 syntax) no longer
loops forever; a clear error is given.
- The aliases \tkzDefNinePointsCircle, \tkzFeuerBachCircle
and \tkzIncentralTriangle work again.
Changes to note
- \tkzSetUpCompass[delta=...] now acts only on compass marks;
arcs are set with \tkzSetUpArc[delta=...].
- The TikZ style "help lines" is no longer redefined for the
whole document; \tkzHelpGrid is unchanged.

Udi Fogiel submitted an update to the
lua-calendrica
package.
Version: 0.2 2026-10-13
License: apache2
Summary description: Lua implementation of Calendrical Calculations by Dershowitz & Reingold
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The high-level API has been rewritten, and code written for 0.1 needs
updating: dates are made with date(fields, "gregorian") and converted
with d:to("hebrew"); calendars are given by name or as objects from
calendar(...), replacing the cal_* constants, new_calendar and
as_date. Calendars you define yourself are no longer registered under
a name, so they cannot clash with others. Sunrise, sunset, moonrise
and moonset now return a date with the time of day attached.
New calendars: hebrew-civil (CLDR month numbers), islamic-diyanet,
and a new module of modern civil calendars: Indian National, ROC
(Minguo), Thai solar, revised Bengali, Nanakshahi, Amazigh and
Japanese era.
Fixes: Hindu lunar dates converted back to a fixed date, the
astronomical Hindu calendars (book errata), Umm al-Qura dates,
islamic-turkish now follows Diyanet's rule, and location's time zone
is taken in hours. islamic-umalqura-astronomical has been removed (it
was identical to islamic-saudi).
