Version: 1.1 2026-10-21 License: lppl1.3c Summary description: A Lua script running LaTeX document files with TeX-style shebang Announcement text: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- runtexshebang v1.1 refuses a TeX-style shebang (%#!) line that contains an ASCII control character other than TAB, both when running it and with --dry-run. A carriage return or an escape sequence in that line could make the command shown on the terminal differ from the command the shell actually runs. Non-ASCII bytes are not checked, so UTF-8, Shift_JIS and EUC-JP file names keep working. The test suite now also checks that runtexshebang never loads Lua modules placed in the current directory. runtexshebang 1.0 runs the `%#!` line of a LaTeX document through the system shell, as before, but is now more careful about it. ## Changes - The license is now the LaTeX Project Public License 1.3c (was MIT). - The command of the `%#!` line is printed on stderr before it is run, and its exit status is passed through, so editors and `make` can detect failures. - CRLF line endings and a UTF-8 byte order mark before `%#!` are handled; only the leading `%#!` is removed from the line. - Missing files, an empty `%#!` line and unknown options are reported with a message and a non-zero exit status instead of a Lua traceback. `--` ends option parsing. - On Windows, `NoDefaultCurrentDirectoryInExePath=1` is set before the command runs, so an executable placed next to the document cannot shadow a TeX Live program named on the `%#!` line. - The README has a new Security section. This policy, common in book production, can leave a lone `\footnoterule` — with no footnote text below it — at the bottom of the original page, and the moved footnote sits too close to the rule on the next page. footnotenosplit suppresses both side effects. Version: 2.20c 2026-10-20 License: lppl1.3 Summary description: Draw graph-theory graphs Announcement text: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ## [2.20c] — 2026/10/20 ### Changed - Keys use `pgfkeys` instead of `xkeyval`: same names, same default values, same results. The behaviour of `\presetkeys` is kept (preset values apply only to the keys not given; `\SetVertexMath`, `\SetUpEdge`, `\GraphInit`... still change them). - `xkeyval` is no longer loaded: a document that used it without loading it must now load it. - `vstyle` and the `dir` key of `\grLoop` accept a macro as value. - The short names (`\Vertex`, `\Vertices`, `\Edge`, `\Edges`, `\Loop`, `\EA`, `\WE`, `\NO`, `\SO`, `\NOEA`, `\NOWE`, `\SOEA`, `\SOWE`) are installed at the beginning of each `tikzpicture`. A definition of `\EA`, `\NO`... made elsewhere (by the user or another package) keeps its meaning outside the pictures. If such a name is already defined when tkz-graph is loaded, a warning gives the prefixed name. - The code calls only internal commands (`\tkzgr@...`); tkz-berge does the same. - Each `vstyle` is a pgfkeys key (`/tkzgraph/vstyle/<name>`). - Internal macros protected; `\ifthenelse` no longer used internally (`ifthen` is still loaded); `etex` removed; `\fileversion` and `\filedate` are no longer redefined. ### Fixed - `\AddVertexColor` and `\Vertices` no longer depend on global helper macros (`\deb`, `\fin`, `\v`, `\liste`...). - A second `\GraphInit[vstyle=...]` in the same group was ignored and wrote its value in the text (the internal macro `\GR@init@vstyle` overwrote the key itself). ### Added - Prefixed names, always available: `\tkzVertex`, `\tkzVertices`, `\tkzEdge`, `\tkzEdges`, `\tkzLoop`, `\tkzEA`, `\tkzWE`, `\tkzNO`, `\tkzSO`, `\tkzNOEA`, `\tkzNOWE`, `\tkzSOEA`, `\tkzSOWE`. - Package option `noshortnames`: the short names are never defined. - `\tkzDefGraphStyle{<name>}{<code>}` defines a new style for `\GraphInit[vstyle=<name>]` (name case insensitive). - `\tkzSetUpGraph[...]`: local settings of the vertices, edges and labels (`vertex shape`, `vertex line width`, `vertex line color`, `vertex text color`, `vertex fill`, `light fill`, `dark fill`, `ball color`, `inner sep`, `outer sep`, `small size`, `medium size`, `big size`, `edge color`, `edge width`, `edge fill`, `art color`, `double distance`, `label text`, `label fill`, `unit`), `directed` (an arrow on every edge) and `arrow tip`.
