Source files for pst-asr-doc are provided. A new LaTex file
pst-asr-examples.tex (along with the pdf file it produces) is provided.
This file requires only the pstricks, pst-xkeyval, and pst-asr packages
and has minimal formatting so that users should be able to LaTex it with
little difficulty. It is provided to facilitate user experimentation.
A bug in pst-asr is fixed, so that asr constructions work correctly
if | directly follows asr in an enviroment in which it is not an
active character.
