On Mon, 15 Feb 2010, Francois Charette submitted an update to the biber package. Biber is a BibTeX replacement for users of biblatex, with full Unicode support, written in Perl. This release coincides with the release of biblatex 0.9. This version of Biber was in fact specifically developed for that version of biblatex 0.9. See the accompanying README file for requirements and installation instruction. On Mon, 15 Feb 2010 Josef Kleber submitted an update to the installfont package. Location on CTAN: /support/installfont Summary description: A bash script for installing a Postscript Type1 font family. License type: lppl Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- With this script you can install a Postscript Type1 font family (at least the four basic cuts + (faked) small caps + faked slanted, but no expert fonts) for using it with LaTeX (MiKTeX). The script will rename the fonts automatically (optinal) or will otherwise expect the *.pfb and *.afm files named in the Karl Berry scheme (e.g. 5bbr8a.pfb). Just adapt the script variables to your fonts and directories. After running it, you should have a working font installation in your local TeX tree. License: LPPL New in v1.2: - added the options scaled and leading to the created style file to scale the font for better matching with other fonts and to increase the leading between lines ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This package is located at http://mirror.ctan.org/support/installfont .
