------------------------- Announcement -------------------------
I'm happy to announce release 3.4 of Eplain, a set of TeX macros that
expands on and extends the definitions in plain TeX in a
style-neutral fashion. Eplain's home page is
http://tug.org/eplain
You can get it off CTAN at
http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/eplain
The manual is available on-line from CTAN or Eplain home page, or as a
hard-copy from
http://www.lulu.com/content/113810
(royalties are donated to the TeX Users Group).
Here's an excerpt from the NEWS file.
* Eplain repository moved from cvs.sarovar.org:/cvsroot/eplain to
svn://tug.org/eplain/trunk.
* Changed ProcessOptions from miniltx.tex to gobble the optional star
argument, to accommodate the new version of epstopdf.sty.
Thanks to everybody who contributed with bug reports, feature
suggestions and code patches.
