Summary description: 2D and 3D TeX-Aware Vector Graphics Language
Announcement text: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- String bracket indexing via operator[] was added. A high-performance sphere approximation based on Bezier triangles was implemented for the native renderer and ported to AsyGL. A bitmap preview is generated for V3D PDF output so it displays correctly in non-interactive viewers. IBL environment names are now output in the V3D header and IBL fixes were made for Vulkan and AsyGL. A stack overflow with -render=0 was fixed. The Vulkan export now uses tiling with a dynamic viewport and scissor. Rendering issues with pixel() were fixed. Triangle group rendering and a vertex shader bug in the no-lighting path were fixed in the AsyGL library. Threaded renderer crashes on empty scenes and a division by zero were fixed. Surfaces are no longer interpolated as periodic unless they really repeat, and the parametric surface() constructor in graph3 enforces exact endpoint periodicity for periodic splinetypes. A bug in the monotonic splinetype was fixed. The asyinclude function in the slide module now restores currentlight, currentpen, and currentprojection. Documentation and build issues were addressed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
