Bug fixes * Add missing BCP-47 alias gloss files for nn (Norwegian), pl (Polish), pt (Portuguese), ro (Romanian), ru (Russian), sk (Slovak), sl (Slovenian), sq (Albanian), sr (Serbian), sv (Swedish), syr (Syriac), ta (Tamil), te (Telugu), th (Thai), tk (Turmen), tr (Turkish), uk (Ukrainian), ur (Urdu), vi (Vietnamese), and zsm (Malay) (#708). * Fixed Estonian caption for proof (tõestus instead of korrektuur) (#709). * Fix catcode/ExplSyntax corruption caused by gloss files loading other files; gloss files are now loaded via @onefilewithoptions, which requires \ProvidesFile to declare a matching file name and a dated version (#708).
