Functionality similar to that provided by this package is directly implemented in LaTeX since its 2020 Fall release. On new enough LaTeX formats, everypage now merely emulates its legacy interface on top of the new LaTeX mechanisms for compatibility reasons, while on older formats, it fall backs to its own previous code. dktools no longer on CTAN

Dirk Krause asked us to remove his dktools bundle from CTAN. The project is now available only at its SourceForge project page https://sourceforge.net/project/dktools . The project does not contain any LaTeX packages, but source code to build executable programs. During the last years, many programs unrelated to LaTeX were added to the project. Therefore, CTAN is no longer a suitable place to host the entire project.
