association-matrix
package.
Version: 1.0 2020-10-25
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: LaTeX support for creating association matrices
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
association-matrix package initial release to CTAN.
The association-matrix package allows generation of an association matrix,
as follows, from a simple set of row-element and column-element definitions.
By defining that R and S are rows and P and Q are columns and
that R-P and S-Q are associated, the following table is auto-generated:
amxrow{r}{R}
amxrow{s}{S}
amxcol{p}{P}
amxcol{q}{Q}
amxassociate{q}{s}
amxassociate{p}{r}
amxgenerate
| | P | Q |
| R | • | |
| S | | • |
The package supports highlighting a particular row's elements
(e.g. at the end of the related section/chapter).
Individual rendering elements are customisable.
This package makes it easy to typeset such tables even if modifications
to the table are needed while working on the document, without having
to manually implement (and copy-paste, and keep in sync) the order
of association blips (•) and highlighting logic.

Scott Pakin submitted an update to the
bytefield
package.
Version number: 2.5
License type: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Create illustrations for network protocol
specifications
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The bytefield package helps the user create illustrations for network
protocol specifications and anything else that utilizes fields of data.
These illustrations show how the bits and bytes are laid out in a
packet, register, or memory.
Version 2.5 adds a three handy new features. First, the itbox,
itboxes, and wordbox commands now accept the same optional
parameters as various other package commands. Second, a new bgcolor
parameter specifies a box's background color. Third, a new perword
parameter enables demarcating or decorating individual words within a
multi-word wordbox. Thanks to Victor Toni for the idea that led to
the perword parameter and for his help testing.

tikz-among-us
package.
Version: 1.0.1 2020-10-23
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Create some AmongUs characters in TikZ environments
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Version: 1.0:
Hi.
Call me FHZ. I'm an enthusiastic LaTeX user who recently
learned how to create more flexible drawings in TikZ.
After playing the game Among us with some friends, some ideas
about how we could use them in text came to me. I decided to apply
what I've learned and I created a simple package to draw the basic
Among us character. The package is not perfect and has a lot of place
to improvements, but it is quite cute and explores some possible uses.
The whole process of creating and publishing has been a journey of discoveries.
I do hope this package brings as much fun and new ideas to people
as it did to me while creating it.
Version: 1.0.1 2020-10-23:
All instances of tikz-amongUs have been revised to tikz-among-us,
including 3 .sty files, the .cwl file, README.md, and every instance
at the documentation pdf.
Therefore everything fits together with only one syntax.
