Version: 1.7 2026-10-26 License: lppl1.3c Summary description: Undergraduate thesis class for UFV (Brazil), based on abnTeX2 Announcement text: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- abntex2-ufv 1.7: LaTeX class for undergraduate theses at UFV (Brazil) Version 1.7 of abntex2-ufv, a class built on abnTeX2 for the final theses (TCC) of the Information Systems program at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), Rio Paranaíba campus, following the UFV normalization manual (2026-2 edition; ABNT NBR 14724/2025, 6023/2025 and 10520/2023). Changes in this release: * Minimal class: it now loads only what it needs itself (fontenc, indentfirst, acro, silence, etoolbox). graphicx, csquotes, microtype, booktabs, tabularx, multirow, biblatex and xurl moved to the document preamble, as in the template, so that editors such as TeXstudio and LaTeX Workshop recognize their commands. Breaking for documents written for 1.5/1.6 (see CHANGES.md and the guide). * Class options use the kernel \DeclareKeys (LaTeX 2022-06 or newer); the option nobiblatex is obsolete and ignored with a warning. * New defaults, which the document can override: link colors, PDF metadata taken from \titulo, \autor and the preamble note, \frenchspacing, \urlstyle{same}. * Fixed: the ilustracao environment with an optional width, e.g. \begin{ilustracao}[\linewidth], typesets its content in a minipage of that width, so listings no longer overflow the margin and breaklines works. * Fixed: the listings patch for an indented \end{lstlisting} is now applied. * Fixed: removed spurious warnings from hyperref (\uppercase in appendix bookmarks) and from memoir (deprecated \settocpreprocessor). * Documentation and template: monospaced font FiraMono with lining figures (works with pdfLaTeX, LuaLaTeX and XeLaTeX), listings guide, migration notes; new regression tests. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This package is located at https://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/abntex2-ufv More information is at https://ctan.org/pkg/abntex2-ufv -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for the upload. It works with pLaTeX, upLaTeX and LuaLaTeX + LuaTeX-ja, in both yoko and tate. v1.1 detects a character pitch other than 1zw (\kanjiskip or the JFM, e.g. shibu-aki), notes it in the top margin and can place the squares at the actual pitch (pitch=natural). The table interface now supports native CSV binding, filtering, sorting, statistical summaries, and named shared scales. Compact numeric columns allow ordinary tabular cells to contain only numbers, reducing repeated markup. The tabularray adapter provides additional graphic column types. Other additions include bar and win-loss sparklines, domain report presets for correlation matrices, ablation studies and metrics, and public interfaces for third-party libraries and scalar rendering backends. The supplied renderer remains TikZ. Optional accessibility features include graphic descriptions and explicit table structure tagging.
