This update deals mainly with the exploitation of the recently introduced bar graphs and color scales which can be plotted in the feature lines along the alignment. Now, amino acid properties, such as hydrophobicity, charge and molecular weight, can be displayed as well as the degree of sequence conservation. On Wed, 13 Apr 2005, Philipp Lehman submitted an update to his csquotes package to CTAN. This package provides markup for inline quotations by means of control sequences and active quote characters. The quotation marks are context sensitive, they alternate for nested quotes and can adapt to the document language by interfacing with the <xref refid='babel'>babel</xref> package. The active quote characters and all quotation styles are fully configurable. CTAN update: cbcoptic

On Mon, 11 Apr 2005 Claudio BECCARI uploaded an update to the cbcoptic package to CTAN. CBcoptic is a bundle of files for typesetting Coptic philological text with the proper fonts and hyphenation; the bundle includes also font descrition files, METAFONT sources and the type 1 Poscript equivalent fonts in pfb format.
