On Sat, 11 Nov 2006 Axel Kielhorn submitted an update to the
adrconv
package.
Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/adrconv/
Summary description: Manage Address Entries in a BiBTeX Database and
Convert them to Printed Directories
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is an update to the ADRconv package, which allows you to generate
adr-files suitable for scrletter. It includes a tex document to print
pretty directories in various sizes. (For those people that prefer a
printed version of their address book to the one in the mobile phone.)
After struggling with the English description, I have to admit that the
documentation is German only.
{{Dante~e.,V.}}.

Name of contribution: dvipng
Author's name: Jan-Ã…ke Larsson
Location on CTAN: /dviware/dvipng
Summary description: A DVI-to-PNG converter
License type: gpl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Release notes for version 1.9 of the dvipng package:
This program makes PNG graphics from DVI files as obtained from TeX
and its relatives.
The 1.9 release adds CJK (Chinese, Japanese and Korean) support, more
specifically it adds support for the subfonts used in the CJK-latex
package.
TrueType fonts have been tested somewhat more, and the ttfonts.map
file is now used, if present on the system.
It also fixes a few bugs, most notably a version problem with
Freetype<2.1.8, and a graphics inclusion bug for non-.-paths.
Report any bugs you find, see README for instructions.

On Fri, 10 Nov 2006 Alexander Grahn submitted an update to the
movie15
package.
Movie15 is a multimedia inclusion package for PDF: it provides an
interface to embed movies, sounds and 3D objects into PDF documents for
use with LaTeX as well as pdfLaTeX.
It defines includemovie with PDF-1.5 compatibility. Option 'autoplay'
causes the media clip to be started right after the page has loaded. This
is useful for side by side movie clips to be played back synchronously.
Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/movie15/
