Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm happy to annouce the next edition of CurVe, version 1.14.
New in this release:
- an option to reverse-count bibliographic entries
- localization to Polish
CurVe is a class package that hopefully will make your life easier when
you want to write your CV. It provides you with a set of commands to
create rubrics, entries in these rubrics etc. CurVe will then properly
format your CV for you (possibly splitting it onto multiple pages,
repeating the titles etc), which is usually the most painful part of
CV writing. Another nice feature of CurVe is its ability to manage
different CV flavors simultaneously. It is in fact often the case
that you want to maintain slightly divergent versions of your CV at
the same time, in order to emphasize on different aspects of your
background. CurVe also comes with support for AUC-TeX.

On Fri, 23 Nov 2007, Oscar van Eijk submitted an update to the
sqltex
package.
SQLTeX is a well documented preprocessor to enable the use of SQL
statements in LaTeX. It is a perl script that reads an input file
containing the LaTeX source with SQL commands, and writes a LaTeX file
that can be processed with your LaTeX package. The SQL commands will be
replaced by their values. It's possible to select a single field for
substitution substitution in your LaTeX document, or to be used as input
in another SQL command. When an SQL command returns multiple fields and
or rows, the values can only be used for substitution in the document.
This version only supports MySQL databases. It has been tested on Linux,
but should work an all platforms where Perl is installed.

thank you very much for the upload. i've installed the files, and
updated the pstricks catalogue entry.
users may view the new (i.e., updated) pdf file at
http://mirror.ctan.org/graphics/pstricks/base/doc/pst-user.pdf
or browse the pstricks base as a whole at
http://mirror.ctan.org/graphics/pstricks/base/
the catalogue entry may be found at
http://mirror.ctan.org/help/Catalogue/entries/pstricks.html
the catalogue entry will be updated overnight tonight, and the document
itself will make its way around the world in its own sweet way (24 hours
or so for full propagation).

On Fri, 23 Nov 2007, Alexander Grahn submitted an update to the
animate
package.
The package provides an interface to create portable, JavaScript driven
PDF animations from sets of graphics files or from inline graphics, such
as LaTeX picture environment, PSTricks or pgf/TikZ generated pictures, or
just from typeset text.
Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/animate

This update comes with improved timeline capabilities:
- detection of multiple inclusion of the same object into the same animation frame
- grouping objects into layers for better depth level control

Name of contribution: ijmart

Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/ijmart
Summary description: LaTeX class for the Israel Journal of Mathematics
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Israel Journal of Mathematics is published by The Hebrew
University Magnes Press. This class provides LaTeX support for its
authors and editors. It strives to achieve the distinct ``look and
feel'' of the journal, while having the interface similar to the one
of the amsart document class. This will help the authors already
familiar with amsart to easily submit manuscripts for The Israel
Journal of Mathematics or to put the preprints in http://www.arxiv.org
with minimal changes in the LaTeX source.
Changes:
Version 1.1: Added environments namedprop and namedprop* for special
named propositions.
Version 1.1a: Minor documentation updates.
Version 1.2: New table of contents formatting.
