Summary description: Major bug fixes in autolatex 6.1

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In previous version the plot2eps and imggz2eps converters do
not detect the source files to convert even if they are
existing in the right place. This bug is fixed in the
autolatex_find perl script for the first converter, and in
the Makefile of the second converter.

catalogue entry is actually there, this time!

i've installed a new version (5.5) of my footmisc package on CTAN.
this version corrects a bug reported on comp.text.tex, affecting
vertical spacing of footnotes when the hang option was in effect.
i've updated the catalogue repository.
Users may view the package's catalogue entry at
http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/footmisc.html
or browse the package's directory at
http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/footmisc/
The catalogue entry will change (somewhat) overnight tonight.

On Tue, 15 Sep 2009, Wybo Dekker submitted an update to the
mk
package.
mk is a Ruby script that, in close collaboration with vpp (short for
View and Print PostScript/PDF), is helpful in the cyclic
process of editing, viewing, and printing a latex document.
Essentially, mk uses the make utility for the management of file
dependencies, texi2pdf for compilation, vpp for viewing and printing.
Location on CTAN: support/latex_maker
License: LPPL
---------------------------------------------------------------------
major changes of release 2.0 relative to 1.0:
- Perl-script completely rewritten in Ruby
- mk has been tested under Linux only
---------------------------------------------------------------------
This package is located at
http://mirror.ctan.org/support/latex_maker/
. More information is at

On Tue, 15 Sep 2009, Wybo Dekker submitted an update to the
vpp
package.
Vpp displays a PDF document or a PostScript document (after conversion to pdf
using gv, xpdf, or acrobat reader in that order of choice), or perhaps another
pdf viewer. One can use the viewer to print the document but, alternatively,
leave the viewer and use vpp's facilities to print selected pages to a one- or
two-sided hardcopy or an A5-booklet. Can also be used to re-arrange pages in a
PDF document.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
major changes of release 2.1 relative to 2.0:
- added option -p specifying the printer name
- added option -d telling the printer can print doublesided
- better handling of load errors
---------------------------------------------------------------------
This package is located at

On Tue, 15 Sep 2009, Wybo Dekker submitted an update to the
ctable
package.
ctable.sty provides commands to easily typeset centered or left or right aligned
tables and (multiple-)figure floats, with footnotes. Instead of an environment,
a command with 4 arguments is used; the first is optional and is used for
key, value pairs generating variations on the defaults and offering a route for
future extensions.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
major changes of v1.14 relative to v1.13):
- nosuper propagation to later tables prohibited
- added option doinside
- use of (obsolete) carom.sty for docs discontinued
- empty labels not created
- newcolumntype warnings removed
- caption package not needed anymore
---------------------------------------------------------------------
This package is located at
