Gerhard Schaden submitted an update to the
linguexx
package.
Version: 1.1 2026-07-30
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: A tagging-aware package for typesetting linguistic examples and glosses
Announcement text:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
linguexx is a standalone LaTeX package for linguistic examples,
with a `linguex`-compatible input syntax and first-class support
for accessible (tagged) PDF output.
linguexx reimplements the familiar dot-syntax of linguex on the
expl3 engine, with no dependency on linguex, cgloss4e, or xspace.
It runs on pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX. When the document
enables the LaTeX tagging code, linguexx writes its examples
into the PDF structure tree as accessible objects.
Version 1.1 is mainly a bug-fix release,
but adds also improved gloss alignment.

Alain Stalder submitted the
cmgraded
package.
Version: 1.0.0 2026-07-29

Summary description: Classic LaTeX look and feel in different grades of blackness
Announcement text:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
New LaTeX Package ‘cmgraded’
Classic LaTeX Look and Feel with LuaLaTeX and OpenType Fonts
in different Grades of Blackness
This new LaTeX package “cmgraded” contains OpenType and Type 1
(Adobe/PostScript) fonts named “Computer Modern Graded” that have
been generated from the original “Computer Modern” fonts by
Donald E. Knuth and TeX metrics by applying different grades
of “blackness” via METAFONT that make the fonts gradually darker,
while keeping metrics intact and not turning a regular weight font
visually into a bold one.
The fonts come in seven increasingly black grades and can be
easily used. Text fonts are OpenType, while math is so far with
Type 1 fonts, which means that text can be fully tagged and thus
made accessible. There are many more options and angles to this
package than meet the eye, just see the documentation.
Of course, the fonts can also be used outside of TeX/LaTeX,
with anything that speaks OpenType, including web content.

Vseslav Sekorin submitted an update to the
setbuilder
package.
Version: 0.2.0
License: mit
Summary description: Mathematical sets with correctly scaled braces and
separator
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
setbuilder 0.2
Following a recommendation in the TeXbook, a thin space is now set inside the
braces of set-builder notation. It is added only where the body contains a
separator, so enumerations such as \set{1,2,3} are left as they were. The amount
is set with the new pad key, and pad=none restores the previous appearance.
This changes the appearance of existing documents that use \set together with
\given or \suchthat.
Thanks to Murray Eisenberg for this suggestion.
