Summary description:  LaTeX support for the Ysabeau font family

------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Removed some dependencies (xstring and ifthen) by TeX primitives.
- Removed some unnecessary dependencies (scalefnt and etoolbox).
- Add missing font feature (scale=MatchLowercase) in user manual.
   Now, compilation with traditional TeX engines (dvips, pdfTeX
   and so on) is faster.
