New: - \ThreadBoundCover: thread-bound (线装) book cover page with title label and margin settings (#170)

Fixed: - Inverted (white-on-black) text now renders white inside the body of the coloured Siku Quanshu template and inside interlinear notes (jiazhu) under any template (#187) - Long side notes in an indented paragraph keep the paragraph indent after wrapping to the next column (#188) - Stacking order of floating text boxes - Judou punctuation mapped to PUA code points by the vert feature is restored via tounicode - Other fixes: #168, #98

Changed (breaking): - Page margins: in twoside mode the inner/outer keys are read, otherwise left/right (#174). Documents that set both pairs may need adjusting.

Documentation: the bundled wiki PDFs (zh/en) are regenerated for this release.
