New on CTAN: luacoolprop
by CTAN Announcements 19 Sep '26

19 Sep '26

Christophe Jorssen submitted the luacoolprop package. Version: 1.1.0 License: lppl1.3c Summary description: Thermodynamic calculations and diagrams in LuaTeX via the CoolProp shared library Announcement text: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This package was vibe-coded with the assistance of ChatGPT. AI-generated code and thermodynamic results require independent review; the README and manual warn users accordingly. Full --shell-escape is required for the LuaTeX FFI mechanism and can execute arbitrary commands with the user permissions, so only trusted documents should be compiled. The upload ZIP contains a browsable luacoolprop/ tree and a separate luacoolprop.tds.zip at its root. CoolProp source and binary files are external dependencies and are not included. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This package is located at https://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/luatex/generic/luacoolprop More information is at https://ctan.org/pkg/luacoolprop -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for the upload.
