It is intended for Pascal/WEB programmers who want to format their software in DVI and PDF. The macros were initially created for the production of PDF documents of all major WEB programs of TeX and friends distributed in TeX Live, but it should be useful in a more general way. Both REAop and the pair REA/CEA have been updated to ignore order of optional arguments. The square brackets used to delimit the argument to the use command are now auto-sized. Added pmapsto, pmapsfrom, kleeneZero, kleeneNum, entersat. Also Misc typesetting fixes. Fixed/added tweak to overline so it looks correct.
