Includes rotating captions, sideways captions, continued captions (for tables or figures that come in several parts). i have just installed a new version of the uk tex faq. this version is not a finished product (a bug was discovered in the html files that tex distributions use, so *something* had to be done in short order -- so i have released a development snapshot). i believe that it's self consistent, however.
