The LaTeX Project Team submitted an update to the
hyperref
package.
Version number: 7.01a 2023-06-25
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Extensive support for hypertext in LaTeX
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* hyperref: changed various patches for amsmath to make them independent
of loading order of the packages. It should now be possible to load
amsmath after hyperref.
* nameref: it checks the definition of label and reinstates the new kernel
definition if needed. This avoid problems with classes (e.g. revtex,
issue #284) and packages (e.g. ntheorem) which change label in an
incompatible way.

Summary description: Draw electrical networks with TikZ
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The main change is that the definition of the plus and minus symbols
used in several parts of the library has changed in order to achieve
better alignment of voltages and amplifier symbols when using fonts
different from Computer Modern.
Additionally, internal connection dots in transistors are configurable
and have a new default, and documentation has got several
fixes and enhancements.
- Change the definition of the minus symbol (please see
https://github.com/circuitikz/circuitikz/issues/721)) for details
- Add documentation on how to contact the border of the
source symbols
- in transistors, solder dots and connection dots for body diodes
are now configurable
- Add anchors for the symbols on the `oo`-type sources; the symbols
have been slightly changed and repositioned in the process
- several documentation fixes
