Here is an example (which I forgot to include in the 1.2c announcement) combining the two items above: xintdeffloatfunc rump(x,y):=333.75y^6+x^2(11x^2y^2-y^6-121y^4-2)+5.5y^8+x/2y; One can then evaluate xintthefloatexpr rump(77617,33096) elax, but will be suprprised by the result if not using at least 37 decimal digits of precision...
