dvisvgm is a command-line utility that converts DVI and EPS files to SVG.
The recent version 1.14.2 is bugfix release with the following changes:
* Fixed the handling of background color specials. Now they affect all
succeeding pages until the next change occurs.
* Fixed a potential memory issue.
* Updated the bundled xxHash library to version 0.5.0.
* Added xxHash to the output of --version=1.
* Minor additions to the manpage.
