So etoc 1.2a should work on old LaTeX installations; mind that it has been only minimally retro-tested. - deeplevels boolean option: adapted from a patch courtesy of Matthew Trescott in the context of the Doxygen project (cf PR doxygen#9936). Thanks! With this option, available numerical levels range from -1 (usually assigned to `part'; or -2 for memoir `book' sectioning) up to 12 rather than up to 6. Refer to PDF documentation for the 1.2a change log entry details.
