The mp package option has been removed to minimize the number of
dependencies. All the packages previously loaded through the mp
option (ulem, booktabs, dcolumn, makecell, colortbl, cancel,
pgfplots, csvsimple) should now be loaded manually as needed.
A bug was fixed in the definition of standout frame as a result
of which the frame title and subtitle appeared too dark.
The title now appears in the intended color.
