AutoLaTeX is completely rewrite in Perl to avoid the use of GNU Make.
The definitions of the figure translators are not more based on a GNU Make syntax. INI-like and Perl syntaxes were used in place. The commande line action 'makeflat' is added (to produce a TeX document more easy to upload on publishers' websites).
