[Ctan-mirrors-announce] CTAN mirror synchronization interval

Dear CTAN mirror administrator,

First of all, thank you for providing and maintaining a CTAN mirror.

After several decades during which the expected synchronization interval was once per day, we have changed the policy for official CTAN mirrors to require synchronization with the primary CTAN node at least once per hour.

We have revised the “Periodicity” section of the mirror registration page accordingly:

https://www.ctan.org/mirrors/register/#periodicity

The CTAN team is aware that not every mirror operator can change the synchronization interval to one hour immediately. Nevertheless, in this case we would appreciate a brief reply stating how often you intend to synchronize your mirror in future.
