New package: terminalcode v0.9.0 – Terminal-Style Code Display for LaTeX

The terminalcode package provides authentic terminal-style code display
environments with UTF-8 box-drawing and full ANSI 16-color support.

Features include dark/light theme switching, external file inclusion,
multi-language syntax highlighting, and configurable fonts.

Requires XeLaTeX or LuaLaTeX.
